Mr. Mueller has nearly 40 years of experience in facility and equipment design, construction, and installation; environmental compliance, permitting, and reporting; and managing utilities and security for manufacturing facilities.
Tom has extensive experience in the areas of Hazardous and Regulated Wastes, NPDES permitting and reporting, SPDES permitting and reporting, Title V and GPLPE air permitting and reporting, SPCC plan preparation and updates, spill investigations and reporting, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) preparation and updates, and SARA Tier II and Form R Release reporting.
Mr. Mueller has also conducted several facility environmental compliance audits, prepared responses and remedial action plans to respond to Notices of Violations, prepared responses to Superfund Potentially Responsible Party (PRP) notices and information requests.
Tom has been Chairman of the Thomaston CT Water Pollution Control Authority for 27 years and is also a member of the local Planning and Zoning Commission.
