PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Our firm views each client’s project as unique. Our experiences allow for assessments, evaluation and implementation by incorporating our services as needed to best suit the client’s needs.
While no two projects are identical, there is a general approach used to clearly determine the scope of services required.
Arranging for a Proposal
An initial conference is scheduled to establish project goals. Alternative approaches are explored and the potential benefits from consulting services are discussed. Our proposal will include: 1) an outline of the work or activity to be done; 2) the means by which we would accomplish the work; 3) insuring an overall understanding of the project in relation to the satisfaction of the outlined goals; 4) a schedule to track project progress; and, 5) terms of payment will be defined.
Upon acceptance of our proposal, the most qualified staff member will be assigned and the project will be staffed accordingly.
Performing the Work
In performing our services, particular guidelines are followed:
•A project leader and staff are assigned to the project. These people have the ability to relate with management, professionals and hourly employees.
•Work is scheduled to cause minimal disruption to the client’s employee’s regular duties.
•When working with line and staff personnel a rapport is established to strengthen internal relationships within the organization. While we are on site, we believe it is vital to be as much a part of your organization as possible.
Upon completion of a project, a final report is prepared and submitted to the client. The report includes methods used, conclusions reached, recommendations and steps to be taken for implementation.
Getting Results
A project is considered complete when the scope of work specifically defined in the proposal has been completed.
